1 DeliveryWe strive to process each order with urgency. We currently ship exclusively to professionals (B2B) in countries enlisted in the table below and do not provide any express shipping alternatives. We do offer free shipping on all orders of € 1.250 or more. We aim to deliver orders within the specified delivery times.Shipping to other countries than listed above are upon request.

2 Right of substitutionUpon delivery of the goods to the buyer, the buyer must claim visible defects within 48 hours of delivery. Within this period, the buyer must send a registered letter to the seller giving a detailed and limitative list of the defects. The seller's obligation in the context of visible defects is in any case limited to exchanging the goods, to the exclusion of all costs or damages. Any hidden defects must be invoked in writing within 14 days of delivery, failing which a claim on this basis is excluded. Any legal action based on hidden defects must be taken within 3 months of delivery, on pain of forfeiture.Please contact our customer service team via email at info@unikantwerp.com together with the order number and the detailed list of defects.If there are no replacement goods in stock, we will reimburse you for the returned products within 14 working days upon receipt. The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
